RANKING RULES

 
 

A. Introduction

 
  1. These regulations define the rules of the TOP 10 CMO, TOP 20 CMO, TOP 50 CMO ranking created by HEXAGON DIGITAL SP Z O.O.
     
  2. The list presents chronologically the profiles of laureates of the „Konkurs Dyrektor Marketingu Roku in Poland z 2022, 2021 and 2020” – „Marketing Director of the Year Competition from 2022, 2021, and 2020” ranked from
    2.1 TOP 10 CMO ranked from 1 to 10
    2.2 TOP 20 CMO ranked from 1 to 20
    2.3 TOP 50 CMO ranked from 1 to 50
     
  3. The laureate’s profile includes: Name, Surname, Position, Company/Brand, and Ranking position.
 
B. Scoring
 
 
  1. The ranking order is connected with the score obtained by the candidates for participation in the National Competition.
     
  2. The point system for National Competition is as follows:
  • Distinction – 1 point
  • Individual category win – 2 points
  • Team category win – 3 points
  • Grand Prix win – 4 points
  • Marketer of the Decade win – 5 points
  1. The point system for European Competition is as follows:
  • Distinction – 1.5 points
  • Individual category win – 3 points
  • Team category win – 4.5 points
  • Grand Prix win – 6 points
  • Marketer of the Decade win – 7.5 points
 
  1. The points for each candidate are counted for the last 3 editions of the competition, and they are assigned the following weight:
  • The current year’s edition is 100% of the total points for that year.
  • The previous year’s edition is 90% of the total points for that year.
  • The year before the previous edition is 80% of the total points for that year.
 
C. Methodology
 
  1. All points obtained from the last 3 editions of the competition are summed up, and based on the results of this calculation, the CMO of the Year ranking is created.
     
  2. The TOP CMO in Poland ranking is presented on the Leadersinpolnad.pl website in 3 categories:
  • TOP 10 CMO in Poland
  • TOP 20 CMO in Poland
  • TOP 50 CMO in Poland
 
D. Data protection
 
  1. HEXAGON DIGITAL SP Z O.O. is the data controller of the personal data of the candidates participating in the TOP 10, 20, 50 CMO ranking.
     
  2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of the ranking and will not be made available to any third parties.
 
E. Final provisions
 
  1. HEXAGON DIGITAL SP Z O.O. reserves the right to modify the ranking regulations.
     
  2. HEXAGON DIGITAL SP Z O.O. is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the participation in the TOP 10, 20, 50 CMO ranking.
     
  3. Any disputes arising in connection with the implementation of these regulations shall be resolved by a competent court in accordance with Polish law.
     
  4. These regulations shall enter into force on May 6, 2023.
